Preventive Maintenance Agreements & Customer Value Agreements (CVA) | A Customer Value Agreement (CVA) is a preventive maintenance, or planned maintenance plan designed to custom fit your fleet’s repair, parts, maintenance, and budgetary needs. There are no requirements to enroll in a CVA. All costs are based on an individual assessment of your equipment history and forecasted needs – resulting in a flat monthly fee.

Total Maintenance & Repair Agreements | A written contract covering all maintenance and repair costs you choose for your equipment for a specified timeframe with a steady payment plan.

Scheduled Oil Sampling (S.O.S) Fluid Analysis |  This routine check-up for your oil, coolant and fuel delivers valuable insights you can use to prevent unexpected failures and unplanned downtime.

Technology | Telematics data allows us to track hours and location for PM scheduling and timeliness.  

Condition Monitoring Services | A bi-weekly health report showing utilization, PM status, and SOS Results.  Analysts review and provide recommendations based on results.

After Hour Service | Schedule your PM service after your normal business hours to keep your machine running with minimized downtime.

Inspections | Walk-around inspections preformed with every PM.
